Bernardo Silva is being lined up by Paris Saint-Germain as they look to rebuild following the likely departure of Lionel Messi this summer.
The Portuguese midfielder, 28, has enjoyed another consistent season with the Citizens as he prepares to take on Real Madrid in the Champions League semi-final second leg tonight. According to the French newspaper Le Parisien however, PSG have listed Silva as their top summer target as they look to improve the culture within their squad which has failed to provide success on the European front yet.
Bernardo Silva touted by PSG over summer move
Silva’s future at the Etihad Stadium has been under much scrutiny for the last two summers with the midfielder open to a move away from Manchester.
Barcelona have been heavily linked with a move but with PSG’s greater financial clout, added with the likely departures of Messi and Brazilian teammate Neymar, Paris could in the end be the City man’s destination this summer, who has two years left on his current deal.
