Graham Potter has held talks with Ligue 1 side Nice about taking over as their new manager next season.
Potter has been out of work since being sacked last month by Chelsea after a 2-0 defeat to Aston Villa and according to Foot Mercato journalist Santi Aouna, the 47-year-old has held talks with the French Riveria club owner Jim Ratcliffe about taking over from caretaking manager Frenchman Didier Digard in the summer.
Graham Potter shortlisted for Nice hot seat
Nice already have a British core to their squad, which includes former Chelsea midfielder, on-loan full-back Joe Bryan and ex-Arsenal man Aaron Ramsey. And Potter has already shown himself to be adept at managing abroad during his seven years in Sweden with Ostersunds, where he won The 2017 Swedish Cup and led the club to the knockout stages for the first time in their history.
