Barcelona defender Jules Kounde is open to a surprise departure from the Nou Camp after just one season at the club.
According to reports in Spain, the French international is having second thoughts about staying at the Catalan giants despite being a key part of the side that won their first La Liga since 2019 this season.
Ex Sevilla defender set for Barcelona exit after just 12 months?
Barcelona rate Kounde at around $86m and after the Frenchman spoke one-to-one with manager Xavi Hernandez, the club will listen to offers in the vicinity of that figure with the defender reportedly feeling uncomfortable at being shipped out at right-back according to Spanish journalists Toni Juanmarti and Gerard Romero.

Kounde was initially bought as a central defender, after forming a formidable relationship with Brazilian Diego Carlos at Sevilla, for $65m last summer by Barca.
And since then, he has continued to show his versatility, playing as both right-back and center-back for the La Liga champions making 27 appearances this season.
Kounde will attract interest from England clubs who were keen on signing the then-Sevilla player 12 months ago and from Bayern Munich, with Thomas Tuchel reportedly a longstanding fan of the defender.
