Brentford and Brighton and Hove Albion are among the clubs interested in signing the USMNT attacking midfielder Malik Tillman.
The 21-year-old has spent a successful loan season at Scottish giants Rangers, scoring 10 league goals this campaign. However, Tillman has only ever made four appearances for his parent club German giants Bayern Munich and is thought to be keen on a move to further develop his career.
German-born Mark Tillman linked with English duo
Tillman is a dual citizen of the United States and Germany, due to his father being American and his mother German.
According to the Daily Mail’s Simon Jones and Kieran Lynch, Rangers have an option to sign the youngster on a permanent deal for a reasonable fee of $5.5m but the Bundesliga champions believe they will be able to receive more money if they can start a bidding war between the Premier League pair.
Tillman’s older brother Timothy currently plays for MLS side Los Angeles FC.
