Bayern Munich are open to Senegal forward Sadio Mane leaving this summer with Premier League club Newcastle United interested.

The 31-year-old has failed to find the form that convinced the Bavarians to splash out $35m on the winger who can also play as a central striker, managing just seven league goals last term.

Sadio Mane set for Premier League return?

According to the German newspaper BILD, Mane has failed to rule out a potential return to the Premier League, saying during a press conference whilst away on international duty, “never say never” regarding a move to Newcastle this summer.

Mane lack of goals this season has not affected his reputation back in England however and he was back to his best on Tuesday for The Lions of Teranga, scoring twice in a shock 4-2 international friendly win over Brazil in Lisbon on Tuesday.
