Ajax have set their price for Mohammed Kudus, with the Dutch club wanting a fee in the region of $45 million.
Manchester United are interested in the winger, while Brighton & Hove Albion could also be tempted to break their club-record fee for a second time this summer.
Mohammed Kudus asking price set
Kudus has been watched by a number of the biggest clubs across Europe throughout the second half of the season following impressive displays during the 2022 World Cup.
United appear to be leading the race, and recent reports in the Daily Mail have claimed that Ajax could be tempted to lower their asking price if the Red Devils include Donny van de Beek in any potential move.
Brighton could also make their move, but they will be required to break their club record fee for a second time this summer after signing Joao Pedro for $38 million in early May.
Kudus was a standout performer in a testing campaign for Ajax, as the 22-year-old scored eleven goals and registered three assists in 30 Eredivisie appearances.
