The news comes just a day after City officials finalized a contract offer for Walker’s teammate Bernardo Silva– who looks set to stay at the Etihad Stadium.
The final decision will be up to Walker himself now: either extend his six-year stay in Manchester or look for another fresh challenge and join the Bavarians following their tenth Bundesliga title in a row.
