Manchester United backup goalkeeper Dean Henderson will be allowed to leave the club this summer if Erik Ten Hag is allowed to bring in a replacement.
The England international wants more first-team opportunities at Old Trafford this season but is currently deemed to be United’s second-choice Premier League shot-stopper behind summer signing Andre Onana.
Dean Henderson set for Old Trafford exit?
As reported by Soccer Times, Ten Hag is keen on a move for Benfica’s Odysseas Vlachodimos if Henderson is able to push through a move to Nottingham Forest or Crystal Palace. Reputable reporter Fabrizio Romano has stated Forest and Palace still remain interested in Henderson who is coming off the back of a successful season-long loan at the Tricky Trees.

Palace manager Roy Hodgson has confirmed that current first-choice Vicente Guaita wants to leave the club this month and with Sam Johnstone the only recognized senior goalkeeper in the squad, Henderson would be the favorite to take the number one spot at Selhurst Park.
