Emmanuel Dennis is edging nearer to the Nottingham Forest exit door, as the Premier League club have agreed a loan deal with Istanbul Basaksehir.
According to reports from Fabrizio Romano, the player will travel to Istanbul today to complete his medical, before the deal will be announced over the weekend.
Emmanuel Dennis close to Forest exit
It is believed that the deal will see Dennis move to Turkey on a loan deal. However, there is no option to buy in the terms agreed between the two clubs.
The 25-year-old only signed for Forest in the summer of 2022, but he struggled throughout his first season at the City Ground after scoring just two in 19 Premier League appearances.
Dennis had previously enjoyed a fine spell at Watford in 2021-22, as he was one of their shining lights in their relegation campaign. The striker netted an impressive ten goals in 35 league appearances to force through a move to Forest.
