Man United could be set to dip into the transfer market in January, as they look to improve on their options in the forward positions.

According to reports at Fichajes, the Red Devils are preparing a $60 million move for Bayern Munich star Serge Gnabry.

United could be in the market for a new winger in the winter, as Erik ten Hag looks set to open the door for Jadon Sancho to depart the club.

Gnabry has previous Premier League experience, as he played ten times for Arsenal between 2012 and 2016. The German international also spent a short period on loan at West Bromwich Albion in 2015-16.

However, his career finally took off after switching to Bayern Munich in the summer of 2018. Gnabry has featured 222 times across all competitions for the German giants, scoring 81 times.

During his time at the Allianz Arena, Gnabry has won the Bundesliga on five occasions, and was part of the Champions League-winning squad in 2020.
