It has been revealed this morning that Tottenham do not have a traditional buy-back clause for Harry Kane implied by chairman Daniel Levy.
As revealed yesterday, Levy informed the club’s fans at a fans forum on Tuesday that Spurs had inserted a buy-back clause in the England captain’s contract at Bayern Munich.

According to Fabrizio Romano, however, Tottenham merely have the matching rights for Kane which allows them to match another team’s bid for their all-time record goalscorer, once informed, in case Bayern receives future bids.

At that stage, the final decision would hypothetically then solely be up to Kane.
The 30-year-old was on target for the Bavarians from the penalty spot in their entertaining 4-3 win over Manchester United in the Champions League last night.
