Alex Sandro suffers thigh injury
The Brazilian is likely to miss all of October through injury for The Old Lady who have surprised most pundits with their good start to the campaign.
Despite finishing last season with a points penalty amid internal turmoil which at one stage looked like it would end the tenure of manager Max Allegri, Juventus have gone about their business quietly at the beginning of this season, picking up three wins and one draw in their first four matches leaving them second in Serie A.
Sandro was an unused sub in Juve’s 3-1 victory over Lazio on Saturday which saw the return to form of previously misfiring Serbian striker Dusan Vlahovic, who scored twice.
