We are back with our ones to watch for gameweek 21 of FPL. Our gameweek 20 ones to watch endured mixed fortunes, but an 18-point haul from Paul Pogba was certainly the highlight of the gameweek. Here we go with your gameweek 21 ones to watch:

Tom Heaton (Burnley, £4.8m)

Gameweek 20 saw the return to action of an FPL favourite in the shape of Burnley’s Tom Heaton. The England international has failed to feature for the Clarets this season until he kept a clean sheet in their 2-0 home win over West Ham last time out.

Sean Dyche’s team have been unusually poor in defence this season, with Joe Hart in-between the sticks conceding a lot of goals, despite enjoying a decent campaign. However, the return to action of Heaton is good news for Burnley and potentially FPL bosses.

Heaton’s return may not lead to an instant return to defensive solidity for the Clarets, but it should help calm those nervous clarets defenders. A trip to fellow strugglers Huddersfield on Wednesday offers Heaton the chance to once again pick up points.

Matt Doherty (Wolves, £5.2million)

The Republic of Ireland international is offering superb value for money at the moment. An assist in Saturday’s 3-1 win at Tottenham means that Doherty has now scored three goals and produced four assists this season.

The Midlander’s have struggled to keep clean sheets this season in the top-flight, keeping just five in their 20 league games so far. However, the visit of Crystal Palace to Molineux offers Doherty the chance to get points at both ends of the field, as The Eagles are the third lowest scorers in the top-flight this season.

A favourable run of fixtures also adds to the allure of the wing-back as an FPL asset. He looks like a must own for any self-respecting FPL boss.

Richarlison (Everton, £7m)

The forward has delivered points in four of his last six Premier League appearances. He is another player who has featured in our ones to watch previously this season. Although he failed to return in a 1-0 defeat at Brighton last time out, he hit the woodwork and was afforded a rest on Boxing Day.

The Brazilian has scored nine Premier League goals this season and produced two assists. With an inconsistent Leicester visiting Goodison Park on New Year’s Day, he will be confident of returning points.

Another positive for the forward is that the Toffees have a relatively comfortable run of games in the near future. Richarlison should be amongst the points.

Raul Jimenez (Wolves, £6.3m)

The Mexican international striker is proving to be a good asset for both Wolves and FPL managers alike. The forward on-loan from Benfica has now scored six goals and six assists in the Premier League.

The 27-year-old has particularly hit form of late, as he has now scored three goals in his last five Premier League starts, including a vital one in a 3-1 win over Tottenham last time out. Jimenez and his teammates host Crystal Palace on Wednesday night, a game that the side from the Midlands are favourites to win.
