The Premier League rolls on this week for another selection of entertaining fixtures as we come to the end of February. We’re more than half way through the season now and as things start to take shape, it’ll be very interesting to see how many more twists and turns occur in the weeks to come with so many huge games left to be played.

Today, our aim is to pick out four clubs, in particular, who we believe have a huge opportunity ahead of them in the next few days. They aren’t nailed on to pick up all three points and they may not even be the favourites, but if they can find a way to win, it could be huge for their season.

Fulham

If Newcastle lose on Saturday night, Fulham will have the chance to really mix things up in the relegation scrap with a win over a Crystal Palace side who already seem to be on their summer holidays. The Cottagers are unbeaten in their last four league games and they could finally hop out of the bottom three this weekend. Given the fixtures at hand we’d say that’s very realistic, and Scott Parker will do everything in his power to remind his players of that.

Chelsea

Between their improved Premier League form and the win over Atletico Madrid in the UEFA Champions League, this Chelsea team is seemingly beginning to put it all together. The pieces are in place for them to find real success under Thomas Tuchel and the next step of that journey will see them take on Manchester United. A win over the Red Devils will not only take them to within three points of Ole’s men, but it’ll also give them a great chance of finishing the weekend in the top four with West Ham having to take on runaway leaders Manchester City.

Wolves

Wolverhampton Wanderers probably don’t have much to worry about down the bottom of the table after winning three of their last four league games – so instead, why not look ahead to an unlikely push for the top six/seven? Newcastle find themselves in a sorry state of affairs and Nuno Espirito Santo will want to send a message that his side are ready to challenge for European football once again. In order to prove that, though, they need to regain that exciting attacking fair that put them on the map in the first place.

Tottenham

Tottenham Hotspur need to start winning games if they want to finish in the top four and the next few fixtures are something of a blessing for them if they want to put a run together. They’ve got Fulham and Crystal Palace to come in the next couple of weeks but on Sunday afternoon, they’ll host Burnley. Now we all know the Clarets are tough but if Spurs can really go for the throat early on, there’s no reason why they can’t pick up a comfortable win.
