Unfortunately, due to the festive period, there was no ones to watch article for gameweek 19. However, the quicker we forget about our picks performance in gameweek 18 the better! However, here are your ones to watch for gameweek 20 of FPL:

Lucas Digne (Everton, £5.1m)

The Everton full-back has previously appeared in our ones to watch, as he has such potential to return points at both ends of the pitch. At £5.1m, he is becoming a bargain defensive asset.

Last time the former Barcelona star scored twice in a 5-1 thumping of Burnley at Turf Moor. It remains to be seen if he will continue in a wing-back role, but he even if he returns to a full-back role he is still a big threat. The fact that the France international has scored three times and produced one assist in his last four league appearances shows that he is in fantastic form.

This weekend Digne’s Everton face a trip to Brighton, which a potentially tricky fixture, but one that is the first of many winnable games for Marco Silva’s side in the coming months. In fact, none of the Toffees next seven league game scores over three on the FPL difficulty ranking.

Felipe Anderson (West Ham, £7.3m)

The Brazilian star is another player we have looked at in previous ones to watch features. He looked value because of his attacking threat and the former Lazio star has now started delivering tangible reward for his owners.

A brace last time out in a 2-1 win against Southampton means that Anderson has now scored eight times in the top-flight and produced three assists. He has scored three times and produced two assists in his last four league appearances for the Hammers.

Manuel Pellegrini’s side head to struggling Burnley this weekend and are favourites to return to the capital with maximum points.

Paul Pogba (Manchester United, £8m)

For a player of his talents, Pogba’s value of £8million in FPL seems a joke. However, the Frenchman has not lived up to his potential at United since his arrival from Juventus in 2016.

However, the change of management at Old Trafford seems to have brought the best out of the World Cup winner. Since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer replaced Jose Mourinho, Pogba has produced two goals and three assists in just two games. A home game against travel-shy Bournemouth this weekend offers Pogba the chance to continue his fine run of form.

Gerard Deulofeu (Watford, £5.4m)

The former Barcelona winger is notoriously inconsistent, which explains the £5.4m price tag in FPL. His inconsistency is also the reason he is no longer at Barcelona and he struggled to nail down a starting place at Everton.

However, despite his inconsistency, the Spaniard is breathtaking to watch and can be a matchwinner when on form. It seems that Deulofeu has found a tad more consistency of late, starting the Hornets last three league games and scoring twice.

Deulofeu and his teammates host Newcastle at Vicarage Road this weekend, a game that gives the winger a good opportunity to add to his points haul so far this season.
